how do i download gacha cute on School PC?

Click on the "Download" button that has Gacha cute Pc.rar then it's downloading and there u have it !!
It doesn't work, I tried opening it with Gacha Club and it didn't work.
Oh it adds a shortcut to your home screen, I tried to go to gacha club to see the mod but it's sepreat and it's own shortcut
